Job Title: Business Development Executive / Telemarketing Executive Industry: Solar EPC / Solar Structures / Solar Tracker Systems Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh Job Summary: SUNMICRO Industries is looking for an energetic Business Development / Telemarketing Executive to identify and develop new solar project opportunities. The candidate will contact potential clients, generate leads, and support the sales team in securing solar EPC and solar structure projects. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential clients such as industries, solar developers, and EPC companies • Generate leads for solar EPC projects, solar structures, and solar tracker systems • Maintain a database of potential customers • Coordinate with the technical team to prepare quotations and proposals • Follow up with clients and convert inquiries into projects • Identify new business opportunities in industrial and commercial sectors • Support marketing activities and client meetings Required Skills: • Good communication and convincing skills • Ability to make cold calls and generate business leads • Basic understanding of solar energy industry (preferred but not mandatory) • Knowledge of MS Excel and internet research Qualification: • Graduate / Diploma • Experience in telemarketing, sales, or business development preferred Experience: • 1–3 years experience preferred • Freshers with strong communication skills may apply Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + performance incentives Job Type: Full-time Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh
