Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Sales & Service Engineer with
experience in IVD instruments. The candidate will be responsible for installation, servicing,
customer support, and contributing to sales activities.
Technical Requirements:
- Good knowledge of electronic components, applications, and testing
- Ability to troubleshoot application and hardware issues
- Hands-on experience with multimeter and diagnostic tools
- Basic understanding of sensors, SMPS, and DC wiring systems
- Familiarity with IVD instruments (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of instruments and reagents
- On-site service support and breakdown handling
- Customer training and product demonstration
- Conduct preventive maintenance visits
- Coordinate with HO technical team
- Support sales activities and technical presentations
- Maintain proper service reports and documentation
- Generate revenue through spares and AMC/CMC contracts
Skills Required:
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel (primarily within territory, occasionally Pan-India)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
