- Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management : Prospect and acquire new customers, build and retain strong relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective support.
- Sales Targets : Achieve assigned sales quotas, create plans, generate quotations, negotiate contracts, and support team members in meeting individual and overall targets.
- Technical Expertise & Product Knowledge : Maintain strong product knowledge, differentiate offering from competitors, pitch solutions effectively, and attend product trainings.
- CRM & Data Management : Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates, maintain daily reporting (CRM Google Sheets, HRMS trips), and provide sales performance reports.
- Responsibilities Towards Team : Conduct team meetings, motivate and monitor performance, approv expenses, arrange training, and ensure smooth cross-department collaboration.
- Training for New Joiners : Provide product, sales process, and compliance training; mentor new joiners through field visits and role plays; monitor progress and ensure smooth transition.
- Additional Responsibilities: Carry out other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Pay: ₹83,333.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
