Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Chartered Accountants from Big Four firms who have the ambition to build and lead a professional practice. As an Associate Partner, you will play a key role in servicing existing clients while developing and growing your own practice under the SGGK platform.
This role is ideal for professionals who are entrepreneurial, client-focused, and eager to take ownership beyond conventional employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client engagements within your area of expertise.
- Develop and strengthen client relationships while delivering high-quality professional services.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities.
- Contribute to the growth of the firm's practice by expanding existing client relationships and acquiring new clients.
- Collaborate with partners and teams across service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
- Review and oversee engagement deliverables while ensuring compliance with professional standards and firm policies.
- Mentor and guide team members to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and client service.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with an active ICAI membership.
- Minimum 6 years of experience with a Big Four firm in India.
- Minimum 2 years' experience at the Manager level in a Big Four practice.
- Strong technical expertise in one or more professional domains.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client engagements and lead teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in building a long-term practice.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Areas of Expertise
Experience in one or more of the following domains will be an advantage:
- Audit & Assurance
- Financial Reporting / Ind AS
- Direct Tax
- Indirect Tax
- Regulatory Compliance
- Risk Advisory
- Deals & Transaction Support
- Overseas Accounting & Bookkeeping
