Prepare 3D models and detailed drawings using Tekla Structures software Create GA drawings, shop drawings, and erection drawings Develop fabrication drawings including beams, columns, trusses, staircases, handrails, etc. Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) and reports Interpret structural and architectural drawings accurately Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards Coordinate with design engineers, fabricators, and site teams Identify and resolve clashes and design issues in the model Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions Meet project deadlines and quality requirements Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering/ Civil Engineering Minimum 2–5 years experience in structural steel detailing Strong proficiency in Tekla Structures software Good knowledge of steel structures, connections, and fabrication processes Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Familiarity with international standards (AISC, BS, IS codes) Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (added advantage) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and teamwork skills
