Job Description – Tally Sales Consultant
Location: Field-Based
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Tally Sales Consultant to drive new customer acquisition and manage relationships with existing customers. The role involves promoting Tally software solutions, identifying business opportunities, and helping customers automate their businesses through Tally.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers through field sales, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Demonstrate and present Tally software to prospective customers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Generate additional revenue through software upgrades, TSS renewals, add-on solutions, and cross-selling.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their business needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with the implementation and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
