Job Summary:
The Billing Executive is responsible for preparing, verifying, and managing all project-related billing activities at interior design project sites. The role ensures accurate measurement, billing documentation, subcontractor billing coordination, and timely submission of invoices aligned with project progress.
Key Responsibilities:1. Site Billing & Measurement
- Prepare running account (RA) bills based on site progress.
- Take joint measurements with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
- Verify quantities of materials used and work completed on site.
- Maintain measurement books (MB) and billing records.
2. Invoice Preparation
- Prepare client invoices as per contract terms and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
- Ensure accuracy in rate analysis, quantities, and tax calculations (GST, etc.).
- Submit invoices to accounts and project managers for approval.
3. Subcontractor Billing
- Verify subcontractor bills against actual site execution.
- Cross-check work completion before certification.
- Maintain subcontractor ledger and payment tracking.
4. Documentation & Records
- Maintain all billing-related documents, drawings, and site reports.
- Keep records of work orders, purchase orders, and change orders.
- Ensure proper filing of approvals and correspondence.
5. Coordination
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and accounts team.
- Resolve discrepancies in measurements or billing issues.
- Assist in cost control and budget tracking.
6. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure billing complies with contract terms and company policies.
- Assist in preparation of cost reports and project profitability analysis.
- Support audits by providing accurate billing documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in site billing or construction/interior project billing.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, drawings, and measurement techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus).
- Good understanding of GST and construction billing practices.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Faridabad, Haryana (Faridabad District)
