Professional Experience: Minimum 10 years overall experience in oil & gas industry which should include minimum 5 years relevant experience.
(Relevant experience includes Greenfield & Brownfield EPCIC projects of Wellheads Platforms, Process Platforms, Living Quarters, Jack Up Rigs, FPSOs & Gas Compression Modules.)
Key Deliverables
- Develop systems, sub-systems and pre-commissioning & commissioning works lists
- Prepare pre-commissioning procedures and systems commissioning procedures for issue
- Prepare plan of pre-commissioning & commissioning execution and schedule activities in line
with overall project schedules.
- Prepare vendors mobilization plans and schedules
- Ensure preparation of Commissioning Close-out Report of the project
- Pre-commissioning and commissioning related Costs estimation for proposals

Responsibilities
Prime Responsibilities
- Prime responsibility of ensuring that the necessary hook-up & commissioning management system and procedures are in place in a timely manner, and their implementation is carried out in accordance with the strategy and the approved commissioning plan.
- Build and manage a cohesive commissioning team for all pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up activities in a safe and efficient manner as per the conditions laid in the Contract.
- Will be the single point contact for all pre-commissioning, commissioning related communications at the yard and offshore
- Develop strategy for execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of the project
- Prepare & update checklists for pre-commissioning and commissioning as per clauses in the contract
- Develop and ensure safety conditions with respect to precommissioning, commissioning and start up activities at site
- Ensure that testing of equipment, pipelines etc. is completed
- Prepare the project for “Ready for start-up“
- Address Operations Readiness matters of the project
- Facilitate flawless pre-commissioning, commissioning and project
- start-up, manage operation and maintenance as per requirements
- Manage and ensure that pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up works are performed as per project schedule & budget and in compliance with quality & safety requirements
- Participate in Engineering & Special studies
- Address pre-commissioning & commissioning related estimates for Upstream bids and proposals
Shared cross-functionally
- Interact with Clients / Licensors / Engineering / Allied disciplines for activities planning and resources mobilization
- Align with Client's work processes and governing guidelines for execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning.
- Manage manpower for execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up
- Provide inputs regarding operability and maintainability during constructability studies to Engineering
- Coordinate with Engineering Office for resolution of process & engineering related issues
- Participate and involve in engineering studies and reviews
- Responsible for obtaining approvals and maintaining the documents related to pre-commissioning/ commissioning protocols

- Planned and scheduled pre-commissioning & commissioning activities for upstream hydrocarbon projects.
- Should have clarity of commissioning requirements and industry practices

- Willingness to work from sites during execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning.
