We're a growing UK accountancy practice working with sole traders and limited companies up to £2m turnover. We handle the full range of compliance work — tax returns, accounts, VAT, bookkeeping — and we're building a strong remote team to support that growth.
The Role
This is a senior, client-facing position. You'll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients across the full range of UK compliance work. You need to be technically strong, highly organised across multiple files, and able to communicate clearly with UK business owner clients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparation and review of self-assessment tax returns, corporation tax returns, and statutory accounts
- Bookkeeping on Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, and Capium
- Preparation and filing of VAT returns
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Client communication in clear, professional English
What We Need
- Minimum 4 years' UK tax and accounting experience — UK experience is non-negotiable
- F6/TX (or equivalent) as a minimum; ATX is a bonus
- Strong working knowledge of at least two of: Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, Capium
- Excellent written and spoken English
Permanent role with a 3-month probationary period. Salary negotiated based on experience. Please include your current/expected monthly salary and notice period when applying.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
