Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies for ongoing/upcoming projects, including market expansion and pricing strategies.
- Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate large sales teams, including hiring, training, and setting sales targets.
- Sales Execution: Drive revenue targets by managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and site visits to negotiation and closing.
- Channel Partner Management: Build and manage relationships with broker networks and channel partners, monitoring their performance.
- Market Analysis & CRM: Analyze market trends, competitor activity.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, finance, and project teams for project readiness, lead generation etc
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 12–20 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5-7 years in senior leadership positions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with a focus on customer experience.
Performance Metrics
- Achieving ambitious revenue and unit targets.
- Maintaining a high conversion rate from leads to sales.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
