Staff Management
- Recruit and train hairstylists, beauticians, and support staff.
- Create duty rosters that comply with local labor laws (e.g., weekly offs, overtime pay).
- Conduct performance reviews and motivate employees to reduce high turnover.
Customer Service
- Ensure personalized experiences for diverse clientele (bridal services, corporate grooming, etc.).
- Handle complaints professionally to maintain reputation in competitive Bengaluru markets.
- Introduce loyalty programs and festive offers (Diwali, Ugadi, etc.) to retain clients.
Operations Oversight
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation per Karnataka health department guidelines.
- Ensure equipment sterilization and safe disposal of beauty waste.
- Monitor inventory of cosmetics and hair products, often sourced from Indian distributors.
