Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven, and passionate General Manager to lead all aspects of hotel operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing guest satisfaction, driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team while maintaining the standards expected of a 4-star hospitality property.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Maintenance, Sales, and Finance.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve occupancy, revenue, and profitability.
- Lead recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, industrial companies, travel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives to strengthen the hotel’s market position.
- Maintain property standards and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
- Prepare regular business and operational reports for ownership and management.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of hospitality experience with at least 3–5 years as a Hotel General Manager or senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and guest relations.
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve business targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing business hotels and corporate clientele preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and financial controls.
