Job Overview
We are looking for a Project Sales Executive to develop sales opportunities for aluminium doors, windows, glass systems and related architectural products.
The role involves identifying new projects, meeting architects, builders, contractors and consultants, understanding project requirements, coordinating quotations and site requirements, and converting enquiries into orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify upcoming and ongoing construction and architectural projects.
- Generate new leads and develop relationships with architects, builders, contractors, developers and consultants.
- Visit project sites and understand customer/project requirements.
- Understand drawings, specifications and BOQs and recommend suitable products.
- Coordinate site visits, measurements and technical discussions with internal teams.
- Coordinate quotations, BOQs and product specifications and follow up with clients.
- Follow up on enquiries, negotiations and order closures.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, production and execution teams for smooth order processing.
- Track project progress, enquiries, quotations and order status.
- Maintain accurate sales and project records.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project sales, field sales or business development.
- Experience in aluminium windows & doors, glass, façade, construction or architectural products will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of sales and business development.
- Understanding of BOQs, quotations and product specifications.
- Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with site visits and customer meetings.
- Knowledge of MS Office/CRM.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence is mandatory.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, subject to project/site requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
