Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Cold Calling candidate to support our CADD services team. The intern will assist in reaching out to potential clients, explaining services, maintaining call records, and supporting business expansion activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce CADD services.
Clearly explain service offerings and respond to basic client queries.
Maintain and update call records in Excel accurately.
Track leads, follow-ups, and outcomes of calls.
Assist in achieving daily and weekly calling targets.
Support the Expansion Team in lead generation and coordination activities.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain communication.
Skills & Requirements:
Proficiency in Hindi (mandatory).
Basic communication skills in English.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (basic data entry and tracking).
Good verbal communication and willingness to learn.
Ability to stay organized and maintain records.
Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
