Position: Telecaller
Eligibility:
✅ Freshers: B.Sc. (Mandatory)
✅ Experienced Candidates: 1+ years of experience in the Pharma Industry preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to healthcare professionals, customers, and prospects.
Promote pharmaceutical products and services.
Generate and qualify leads.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and support.
Required Skills:
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM)
✔ Strong convincing and negotiation skills
✔ Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
✔ Good organizational and follow-up skills
