- Prepare and cook food items as per menu (snacks, fast food, combos, etc.)
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate daily operations
- Monitor stock, ingredients, and food inventory
- Reduce wastage and maintain cost control
- Follow all food safety guidelines
