Hiring: CRM Executive (Full-Time)
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented CRM Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining CRM data, and supporting the sales process to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries and maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Track leads, schedule site visits, and coordinate customer interactions.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely communication and support from inquiry through sales closure.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Prior experience in CRM, customer relationship management, or sales coordination.
Real estate industry experience will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and lead management systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Position: CRM Executive
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Work Mode: Full-Time, Office-Based
