WORK LOCATION SAUDI ARABIA - Project for 3 years tenure (VALID PASSPORT IS MUST)
- Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
- Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, file services, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Perform system upgrades, patch management, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
- Provide Level 3 technical support for complex infrastructure incidents.
- Configure and maintain virtualization environments and storage infrastructure.
- Administer enterprise network services including VLANs, routing, firewalls, and network security.
- Implement infrastructure automation using scripting and configuration management tools.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and infrastructure reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cross-functional technical issues.
- Mentor junior administrators and provide technical guidance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices for IT infrastructure.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience administering Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or SaltStack.
- Experience using Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Knowledge of enterprise networking including:
- DNS
- DHCP
- VLANs
- Routing
- Firewalls
- TCP/IP
- Experience managing Network Attached Storage (NAS) and enterprise storage environments.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, and DevOps practices is preferred.
