we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join with our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts from lead generation to retention .
- Maintain CRM records, client preferences, and order history.
- Track sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, QC, and logistics for smooth order execution.
- Update clients on order status and support custom requirements.
- Drive upselling through targeted client engagement.
- Prepare performance and sales reports while maintaining data accuracy.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Education:
Experience:
- CRM: 3 years (Preferred)
- Customer relationship management: 3 years (Preferred)
Language:
- Hindi, English (Required)
