Job Title: Emergency Medicine Doctor (MD / MEM)

Location: Hospital-based (24×7 Emergency Services)
Job Summary
Emergency Medicine Doctors are responsible for providing immediate medical care to patients with acute illnesses, trauma, or life-threatening conditions. They ensure rapid assessment, stabilization, and management of patients in the emergency department.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform triage and initial assessment of patients
- Manage medical emergencies (cardiac arrest, stroke, trauma, poisoning, etc.)
- Perform life-saving procedures (intubation, CPR, central line, suturing)
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (ICU, surgery, radiology)
- Ensure proper documentation and medico-legal compliance
- Stabilize patients and arrange admission or referral
- Supervise junior doctors, interns, and nursing staff
- Handle mass casualty situations and disaster management
- Maintain infection control and patient safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- MBBS with MD Emergency Medicine (preferred)
- OR
- MBBS with MEM (Master of Emergency Medicine)
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work under high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Knowledge of ACLS, BLS, ATLS protocols
- Quick response and critical thinking ability
Experience
- 0–2 years (Junior Resident / Trainee)
- 2–5+ years (Senior Resident / Duty Doctor / Consultant)
Pay: From ₹150,000.00 per month
