We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Executive for our building materials business. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, architects, and other customers to increase market presence and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, builders, and construction sites regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and trends.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups from customers.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4-12 years of field sales experience, preferably in building materials, construction products, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer network.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving license preferred.
