Job Title: Dispatch & Stock Coordinator
Role Overview: Responsible for checking all physical stock movement (inward/outward) to ensure accurate and smooth dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Physical Counting: Count exact number of rolls/units for all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Inward Movement: Verify incoming stock against delivery challans and invoices to prevent quantity errors.
- Outward Movement: Cross-check outgoing items with customer orders. Ensure the right material goes to the right party.
- Loading Supervision: Oversee loading/unloading to ensure accurate counts and zero damage.
- Stock Audits: Assist in regular physical checks to match actual inventory with records.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, godown, or dispatch operations.
- Quick and accurate physical counting skills.
- Attention to detail to match party names and item specifications.
- Basic MS Excel knowledge is a plus.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
