JOB DESCRIPTION : OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE(CIVIL)
- Smart, young, energetic Civil Engineer – Degree/Diploma, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with reputed companies of Turn Key Interior Projects in providing back end support to the execution team for all works related to Civil & Interior Works.
- Possessing thorough knowledge of processes involved in the construction of each scope of civil, interior works.
- Possessing complete knowledge of doing rate analysis for each scope of work.
- Search for/study of new raw material and patterns for various scope of works in civil interiors.
- To be able to make SKU’s and prepare BOQ’s as per requirements.
- Preparing & periodic updating Civil, Interior item master.
- Possessing good communication skills both spoken as well as written.
