Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Windows 365 (Cloud PC) & Intune Engineer to design, implement, secure, and manage enterprise cloud desktop environments. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Windows 365, Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Security, Azure networking, and automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage Windows 365 Enterprise Cloud PCs.
Configure and maintain provisioning policies, device groups, and Cloud PC lifecycle management.
Build and maintain standardized golden images and application packages.
Administer Microsoft Intune for device configuration, compliance, security policies, and application deployment.
Manage patching through SCCM and Windows Update for Business.
Configure and troubleshoot Azure Network Connections (ANC), DNS, routing, and network connectivity issues.
Implement endpoint security controls including Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, WDAC, ASR rules, and Conditional Access.
Support identity integration using Microsoft Entra ID and Hybrid Azure AD Join.
Optimize Cloud PC performance, Teams AV redirection, endpoint analytics, and user experience.
Automate administration tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph APIs.
Create operational runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with security, network, and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Required Skills
8–10 years of IT Infrastructure and Endpoint Management experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Windows 365 Enterprise.
Expertise in Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
Experience with SCCM/MECM and Windows Update for Business.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
Hands-on experience with Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, WDAC, and ASR.
Experience with Azure networking concepts including ANC, VNETs, DNS, and routing.
Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server administration.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
