Plant Recruiter – Blue Collar Hiring
Location: Mundra, Gujarat
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 CTC per month

Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and plant workforce.
- Source candidates for positions such as Machine Operator, Technician, Electrician, Fitter, Welder, Helper, Production Operator, Maintenance Staff, Supervisor, etc.
- Conduct bulk hiring drives through job portals, local sourcing, references, vendors and walk-ins.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews as per plant requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates for documentation, medicals, background verification and joining.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, joining trackers and daily hiring reports.
- Build a strong local candidate database around Mundra, Gandhidham, Anjar, Bhuj and nearby areas.
- Coordinate with plant HR and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Handle joining follow-ups and reduce offer-to-joining dropouts.
- Manage recruitment vendors and manpower agencies, wherever required.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in plant/manufacturing/industrial recruitment.
- Strong experience in blue-collar/bulk hiring is preferred.
- Good knowledge of local manpower availability and sourcing channels.
- Strong communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a plant environment.
- Candidates from Mundra/Kutch/Gandhidham/Anjar/Bhuj or willing to relocate to Mundra preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
