Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to support our B2B sales team by understanding customer requirements, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and recommending the right communication solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and an interest in SaaS and CPaaS technologies. Pre-sales professionals typically bridge customer requirements with sales and technical teams through discovery, demonstrations, and solution design.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable CPaaS solutions.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify customer pain points and communication workflows.
- Deliver online product demonstrations for WhatsApp Business API, Bulk SMS, RCS, Voice, Email, Chatbots, and Automation solutions.
- Explain product features, pricing, integrations, and implementation processes.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and solution documents.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Technical, and Customer Success teams to provide customized solutions.
- Respond to customer queries regarding APIs, integrations, onboarding, and platform capabilities.
- Follow up with prospects after demos and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Update all customer interactions, meetings, and opportunities in the CRM.
- Support the sales team in RFPs, enterprise proposals, and proof-of-concept discussions.
- Stay updated on CPaaS industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging communication technologies.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and decision-makers.
- Ensure a smooth handover to the implementation and customer success teams after deal closure.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
- Good understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Ability to understand customer business requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of APIs and SaaS products is an advantage.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, SaaS Sales, CPaaS, IT Sales, Software Sales, or Enterprise Sales.
- Experience in customer presentations and solution consulting is preferred.

Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA (Based on Experience) + Attractive Incentives
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
