Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Production Executive / Supervisor to oversee and manage the fabrication and assembly line of our Cashew Processing Machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth manufacturing operations, maintaining quality standards, and managing the workshop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily production schedules for machinery manufacturing.
- Supervise the fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly of cashew processing machines.
- Ensure optimal utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage.
- Maintain strict quality checks at every stage of production.
- Coordinate with design and dispatch teams to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Manage workshop workers and ensure shop-floor safety.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent practical experience in machine manufacturing).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a fabrication/machinery manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, reading engineering drawings, and team management.
- Preference: Local candidates from Ahmedabad, Bakrol Bujrang, Kuha, Kathwada, or nearby areas who can commute easily.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
