Boats N Beds is a houseboat tourism company offering memorable backwater experiences in Kerala. We are seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our sales team to drive bookings and engage with customers effectively via phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide detailed information about Boats N Beds services, pricing, and offerings to prospective customers.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by effectively understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups in the system.
- Collaborate with the houseboat operations team to ensure smooth coordination between bookings and service delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering queries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Freshers can apply; prior telecalling, sales, or tourism experience is a plus.
- Languages: Fluency in Malayalam and English required; Hindi and/or Tamil is an advantage.
- Proficiency with basic computer tools (MS Office, Excel).
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
