Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and child-friendly Primary Science Teacher (PRT) to teach Classes II, III & IV. The ideal candidate should be capable of making Science enjoyable through activity-based, experiential, and inquiry-driven learning. Candidates who can inspire curiosity and foster a love for scientific exploration are encouraged to apply.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for teaching are warmly welcomed.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Science to students of Classes II, III & IV following the CBSE curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate lessons.
- Conduct simple experiments, demonstrations, and hands-on classroom activities.
- Encourage observation, curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning environment.
- Assess students through worksheets, projects, activities, and formative assessments.
- Maintain student records and provide constructive feedback to parents.
- Integrate digital tools and innovative teaching strategies into classroom instruction.
- Participate actively in school events, assemblies, exhibitions, and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Science (B.Sc.) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Sound classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to integrate technology into teaching.
