Are you an HR professional who loves structure, data, and helping teams hit their goals? We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist (Performance Management) to lead our KRA & KPI tracking systems.
In this role, you will work directly with department heads to design clear Key Result Areas (KRAs), build measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and maintain a continuous performance tracking system that drives company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Framework Design: Partner with department heads to define and refine clear, job-specific KRAs and measurable KPIs across all business functions.
- Tracking & Analytics: Manage regular performance review cycles (monthly/quarterly/annual) and keep tracking systems up-to-date.
- Goal Alignment: Ensure individual employee goals cascade directly from company-level objectives.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Generate performance insights, trend reports, and dashboards for senior leadership.
- Manager Enablement: Conduct training sessions for managers on effective goal setting, mid-year reviews, and constructive feedback.
- Tool Management: Oversee our performance management software/HRIS performance module.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years of core HR experience with a strong focus on Performance Management Systems (PMS).
- Subject Expertise: Proven track record in designing, setting up, and tracking KRAs and KPIs across both technical and non-technical roles.
- Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with HRIS/PMS tools (e.g., Darwinbox, Workday, BambooHR, SuccessFactors) and strong Microsoft Excel skills (data visualization, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills to coach and align leadership on performance metrics.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate raw performance data into actionable insights.
Education & Certifications (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Pay: ₹210,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
