Business & Operations Management
- Own the day-to-day operations of all departments and the overall performance of the business against plan.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within sanctioned budget and to the agreed quality standard.
- Develop and execute operational strategies that raise productivity, shorten cycle times and protect profitability.
- Monitor departmental KPIs through the management scorecard and hold each function accountable for its targets.
3.2 Project Management
- Review and challenge project schedules, resource plans and execution status across the portfolio.
- Coordinate Design & R&D, Production, Procurement, Stores, Quality and Project teams into a single, tracked enquiry-to-delivery flow.
- Anticipate and resolve project bottlenecks, technical issues and interface risks to protect the delivery date.
- Track project cost against sanction and safeguard the approved margin on every job.
3.3 Team Leadership
- Lead, direct and develop the department heads; set clear goals and hold regular, structured reviews.
- Build bench strength and grow the next line of leaders through coaching, mentoring and delegation.
- Instil ownership at department level so that each function runs reliably within its delegated authority.
- Manage performance firmly and fairly — recognising strong delivery and addressing shortfalls promptly.
3.4 Client Management
- Build and protect strong, long-term relationships with the company's clients.
- Represent the company in client meetings and personally own the resolution of escalated issues.
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction across the full project lifecycle.
- Support the Sales team in technical and commercial discussions and in converting complex enquiries.
3.5 Financial Management
- Review project budgets, operating expenses and cost performance across all departments.
- Monitor cash flow, cost control and project profitability, and act early on adverse variances.
- Approve operational expenditure within the delegated authority limits and refer higher-value items for sanction.
- Work with Accounts on financial planning, project costing and management reporting.
- Protect and apply the company's confidential pricing and margin policy as issued by leadership; final pricing authority on all offers rests with the Founder & CEO.
3.6 Quality & Safety
- Ensure full compliance with the company's quality management system and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Champion a safe working environment at the factory and at every project site.
- Ensure all statutory, regulatory and customer compliance obligations are met without exception.
3.7 HR & Administration
- Drive manpower planning and the recruitment of key operating positions together with HR.
- Own performance management, training, promotion and disciplinary decisions for the operating functions.
- Ensure company policies, SOPs and standards are implemented and observed across every department.
3.8 Process Improvement & Systemisation
- Drive the roll-out, adoption and continuous upkeep of the company's SOP library and operating standards.
- Lead continuous-improvement initiatives that remove waste, reduce rework and increase throughput.
- Champion ERP adoption, digitisation and appropriate automation to make the operation faster and more reliable.
- Progressively raise the company up its operating-maturity curve toward a fully systems-led organisation.
3.9 Reporting & Governance
- Run the fixed weekly and monthly management rhythm and submit operational reports to the Board.
- Present project progress, financial performance, risks and improvement plans with a clear, honest read of the business.
- Escalate critical issues early — each with a recommended course of action.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
