We need Dispatch cum Billing supervisor for plant.
Location: Raipur CG
Qualification: 12th /B.com
Salary: 14000/- to 16000/- PM
Experience: 6 months to 1 year
Job Duties in Brief
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the dispatch department
- Assign delivery routes and schedules to drivers
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pick-up and delivery of goods
- Monitor delivery progress and address any delays or issues that arise
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to optimize delivery processes
- Develop and implement strategies to improve dispatch operations and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery documents
- Oversee the preparation of statements and bills
- Maintain and/or ensure maintenance of client records related to invoicing and bill payment
- Review work of billing staff to ensure accuracy, resolving inconsistencies as needed
- Create and provide a prioritized list of clients to be invoiced to team members
- Locate, or assist in the location of, hard-to-reach clients
- Draft and distribute weekly reports of invoicing and billing metrics
- Advise staff on proper, legal parameters for collections practices
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
