Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Executive to manage warehouse operations, including inventory handling, order processing, and packing activities for both offline and online sales channels in the sports and garments manufacturing industry. The candidate will ensure accurate packing, timely dispatch, stock management, and compliance with company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and store finished goods and packing materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP, Excel, or warehouse management systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts and physical verification.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
Online Order Packing & Dispatch
- Process orders received from e-commerce platforms, company websites, and marketplaces.
- Pick, pack, and label products according to order specifications.
- Generate shipping labels, invoices, and dispatch documentation.
- Coordinate with courier partners for timely shipment and tracking.
Offline Order Packing & Dispatch
- Prepare bulk orders for distributors, retailers, dealers, and institutional customers.
- Ensure proper carton packing, labeling, and documentation.
- Verify quantities, sizes, colors, and product codes before dispatch.
- Coordinate transportation and logistics for order delivery.
Quality Control
- Inspect products before packing to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Ensure correct SKU, size, color, and quantity are packed.
- Minimize packing errors, damages, and returns.
Warehouse Operations
- Organize warehouse space for efficient storage and movement of goods.
- Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) practices where applicable.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with warehouse procedures.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain dispatch records, stock reports, and packing logs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and accounts departments regarding stock and dispatch status.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Experience in online order fulfillment and courier management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems.
- Good understanding of SKU management and stock reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple orders.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or packing operations.
- Experience in sportswear, apparel, garments, textile, or manufacturing industry preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
