Job Description – Speech Therapist
We are looking for passionate Speech Therapists to join our team at Walnut Clinics. Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in speech, language, communication, and swallowing rehabilitation within a clinical setting.
Qualification:
- Diploma in Speech Therapy / Speech & Hearing or relevant qualification.
- Freshers / 1–2 years of experience.
- Immediate Joining Preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide therapy for patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Assist in planning and conducting individualized speech therapy sessions.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain therapy records.
- Educate patients, parents, and caregivers regarding therapy goals and home programs.
- Assist patients in improving speech clarity, language skills, communication abilities, and swallowing functions.
- Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and case discussions.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
