We’re Hiring | Operations / NOC Analyst
Experience :- 5yrs to 8yrs
We’re looking for a NOC / Operations Analyst to join our team and support critical production systems in a 24x7 environment.
What we’re looking for:
-24x7 NOC, Production Support, or Operations experience
-Strong incident triage and escalation skills
-Experience monitoring critical production applications and infrastructure
-Experience coordinating major incident bridges
-Ability to assess alerts and identify real business impact
-Strong troubleshooting, investigation, and communication skills
-Comfortable working under pressure and with incomplete information
-Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing mindset
Technical experience preferred:
-Google Cloud Platform (GCP) / GKE
-Kubernetes
-AppDynamics or similar APM tools
-Splunk or similar log-management platforms
-SolarWinds or similar monitoring tools
-Jira / Jira Service Management
-OpsGenie or similar alerting/on-call platforms
-API and service monitoring
-Production application support
