- Drive primary sales by regularly booking stock orders from the existing dealer network.
- Expand market reach by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding financially viable new dealers.
- Deploy mixing machines by ensuring a high percentage of retail points adopt and optimize the ColorMenu automated tinting systems.
- Resolve account reconciliations monthly with top-tier dealers and actively manage payment collections to stay within strict credit limits. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Influencer & Market Engagement
- Build painter networks by maintaining a clean database of regional contractors, wood polishers, and fabricators.
- Boost secondary sales by executing local marketing activations like Painter Meets, Shop Meets, and Naka Meets.
- Conduct product trials and on-site sampling to educate contractors on correct application techniques and product superiority.
- Monitor competitor activity, including capturing pricing revisions, product launches, and dealer incentive schemes. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
