Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven SEO Team Leader to manage and guide our SEO team. The candidate will be responsible for developing SEO strategies, improving website rankings, increasing organic traffic, and leading the execution of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SEO team to achieve organic growth goals.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content for search engines.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Handle on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions regularly.
- Coordinate with content, design, and development teams.
- Prepare SEO performance reports and present insights.
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm changes and SEO trends.
- Train and mentor junior SEO executives.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors.
- Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and technical SEO basics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
