Romedia Production Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative Video Editor to edit long-form documentary and storytelling videos.
Freshers are welcome to apply. We believe creativity matters more than experience. Candidates will be selected based on the quality of their work and their creative thinking.
Job Responsibilities
- Edit long-form documentary and storytelling videos.
- Complete 20 to 25 videos per month.
- Create engaging, high-quality videos using strong storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, sound design, and creative editing techniques.
- Deliver projects within the assigned deadlines.

Requirements
- A strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and creativity.
- Basic knowledge of any professional video editing software. You are free to use the software you are most comfortable with.
- A portfolio showcasing your previous editing work.
Portfolio Required
Applicants without a portfolio will not be shortlisted.
Selection Process
- Portfolio review.
- Shortlisted candidates will receive a test project.
- Candidates who demonstrate strong creativity and editing potential will receive training before joining the production team.
Work Location
This is primarily an onsite position. We are currently hiring candidates from Kerala. Remote work may be considered for editors who consistently demonstrate exceptional quality.
Salary
- ₹40,000 per month
- Expected output: 20 to 25 videos per month
