anovIP is hiring an experienced HR professional to lead and manage our HR function. This position requires a hands-on leader who can align HR practices with business objectives, manage daily HR functions, and build a strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HR function across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management
- Partner with leadership to align workforce planning with business goals
- Build HR processes, SOPs, and organizational policies
- Lead initiatives for employee development, training, and retention
- Drive company culture and values across departments
- Manage attendance, benefits administration & all aspects of HR role efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience in Service sector
- Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, team management, and policy development
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to manage team of 3-4 people under her
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
