- Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records.
- Prepare vouchers, receipts, payment entries, and journal entries.
- Assist in preparation of salary statements and payroll processing.
- Maintain cash book, ledger, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Handle petty cash transactions and expense records.
- Prepare invoices, fee statements, and account summaries.
- Support PF, ESI, TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance work.
- Maintain employee and vendor payment records.
- Assist during audit and provide required documents.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
- Work in accounting software such as Tally, ERP, or Excel.
- Coordinate with departments regarding financial matters.
- Ensure confidentiality of financial information.
