Job Title: Accounts & Inventory Assistant (Restaurant Operations)

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Working Time: 9 am to 6 pm
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Inventory Assistant to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, stock monitoring experience, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
Maintain daily sales, purchase, and expense records.
Record and verify invoices, bills, and payment transactions.
Assist in accounts payable and receivable management.
Support monthly financial reporting and reconciliation.
Coordinate with vendors regarding payments and documentation.
Inventory & Stock Management
Monitor daily stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports.
Track stock movement and identify shortages or discrepancies.
Coordinate with the kitchen and procurement teams for stock requirements.
Conduct periodic stock audits and inventory verification.
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain proper filing of financial and inventory documents.
Assist in vendor coordination and purchase order tracking.
Support restaurant operations whenever required.
Handle multiple tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
0–1 year of experience in Accounts, Inventory, or Administration.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
Familiarity with Tally or accounting software is an advantage.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic restaurant environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
