About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Intern to help build and grow the digital presence of Ardee Racquet Club. You’ll be involved in content creation, social media campaigns, shoots, and day-to-day management of our online platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, enjoys creating content, and wants hands-on experience working with a premium sports and lifestyle brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and create engaging content for Instagram and other social media platforms
- Plan and execute social media campaigns
- Assist in developing Reels, Stories, posts and other short-form content
- Identify trending formats, sounds and content opportunities
- Manage and maintain the club's social media presence
- Coordinate with creators, influencers and brand partners
- Cover events, tournaments and activities at the club
- Track social media performance and suggest ways to improve reach and engagement
- Help develop creative ideas to increase brand awareness and community engagement
Requirements
- Prior experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing is required
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content
- Good communication and creative skills
- Comfortable being around cameras and shooting content
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar tools is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced event and sports environment
- Passion for sports, fitness, lifestyle or community-building is a plus

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and confident Outreach Intern to help Ardee Racquet Club build relationships with brands, businesses, creators and potential partners.
The role involves brand outreach, sponsorship acquisition, partnership development and identifying opportunities that can contribute to the growth of the club.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential brand and corporate partners
- Pitch Ardee Racquet Club to relevant brands and businesses
- Develop and send professional outreach messages and proposals
- Secure sponsorships and brand collaborations
- Build and maintain relationships with potential partners
- Explore barter and commercial collaboration opportunities
- Assist with sponsorship proposals and partnership decks
- Coordinate with brands during events and activations
- Maintain an outreach and partnership tracker
- Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into collaborations
- Identify new opportunities for memberships, events and brand partnerships
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in speaking with brands and businesses
- Good research and networking abilities
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Ability to write professional emails and pitches
- Proactive, organised and target-oriented approach
- Prior experience in sales, business development, partnerships or outreach is a plus
- Interest in sports, fitness, luxury, lifestyle or events is an advantage
