FOUR BROTHERS APPARELS (P) LTD, manufacturer of Volume Zero brand readymade shirts, is looking for an experienced and responsible Cutting Incharge to manage fabric cutting operations efficiently and support smooth production flow.
Role Overview
The Cutting Incharge will be responsible for supervising fabric cutting processes, ensuring accurate cutting, proper fabric utilization, and timely supply of cut panels to production while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily fabric cutting operations
- Perform marker planning to ensure maximum fabric utilization
- Ensure cutting accuracy and maintain quality standards
- Manage and supervise cutting masters, operators, and helpers
- Coordinate with production team to meet production schedules
- Coordinate with stores for fabric availability and planning
- Maintain daily cutting reports and production records
- Ensure proper handling and segregation of cut panels
- Minimize fabric wastage and improve cutting efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in garment cutting section
- Experience in readymade shirt cutting preferred
- Knowledge of marker planning and fabric utilization
- Ability to manage cutting team and achieve production targets
- Basic reporting and coordination skills
- Candidates residing in or near Komarapalayam preferred
