Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy for children and adults with speech, language, communication, voice, and swallowing disorders. The therapist will work closely with patients, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to achieve the best therapeutic outcomes. Common responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, therapy delivery, progress documentation, and caregiver guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on needs.
- Provide one-on-one speech and language therapy sessions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Educate and counsel parents/caregivers on home-based therapy techniques.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with doctors, psychologists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in team meetings and continuing professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology (BSLP/BASLP).
- RCI Registration is preferred (or mandatory if applicable to your organization).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and adults with communication disorders.

- Salary: ₹17,500 – ₹22,500 per month
