Sales Manager for medical equipment related to USG / DR / CARM
As a Field Sales Representative in our Medical Devices division, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by engaging hospitals and healthcare institutions in your assigned territory. You will be responsible for prospecting, relationship-building, educating medical staff, and meeting sales targets. You must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving patient care through high-quality medical devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect new customers via cold calling, field visits, and networking in your territory
- Set appointments and present to hospital staff, administrators, and decision-makers
- Manage all leads, accounts, and customer relationships in your assigned region
- Build and nurture trust-based relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and hospital management
- Educate medical staff (doctors, nurses, technicians) on the clinical & economic benefits of our medical devices
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, hands on trials, and be the product expert in the field
- Place replenishment orders at existing accounts and ensure timely follow ups
- Upsell and cross sell complementary products or consumables to maximize revenue
- Collect, analyze, and report field sales data to assist with strategy and decision making
- Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and feedback to refine sales approaches
- Meet or exceed sales quotas, margin targets, and business objectives
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, submit periodic reports, forecasts, and updates
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or related field)
- Min 4 years of experience in medical device sales, hospital sales, or healthcare / diagnostics is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical / clinical features in simple terms
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Self-starter who can work independently in the field, with good time management
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and report generation
- Valid driver’s license and ability to commute / travel across locations

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
