- Lead the development and implementation of integration strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and alignment on integration requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong knowledge of integration architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience with middleware technologies and enterprise service bus solutions.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and secure integration frameworks.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and orchestration techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
