Job Description
We are hiring a Development Engineer for our Design Department. The role involves new product development, design improvement, prototype validation and guiding junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop machine component drawings based on discussions with the HOD.
- Review and ensure accuracy of drawings & BOM prepared by junior engineers.
- Visit client sites when required to understand new development requirements.
- Participate in prototype trials and implement corrective actions for desired output.
- Prepare and maintain development documentation and plans.
Required Skills
- AutoCAD
- SolidWorks
- Strong Mechanical / Mechatronics design understanding
- Ability to use Google, ChatGPT and other AI tools for referencing
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Mechatronics
- Experience: 7+ Years (5+ Years in Machine Manufacturing Design)
- Industry Preference: Machine Manufacturing Industry
- Age: 20 to 45 years
- Additional Preferred Experience: Exposure to service or E&C department
- Team Handling: Will supervise Junior Development Engineers
