- Responsible for achieving Sales and Collection targets for the assigned territory
- Expand business into new Talukas and untapped markets
- Develop Franchisee / Dealer network and increase dealer share of wallet
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns including:
- Farmer meetings & field visits
- Dealer meets
- Exhibitions & promotional events
- Execute Trial Plots, collect data, and support product promotion activities
- Manage and support the existing dealer network; provide timely resolution to queries
- Generate Farmer leads through various on-field activities and relationship building
- Create and maintain strong retail and influencer network to drive sales
- Regular visits to KVKs, FPOs, Institutes, Mandis etc. to drive business growth
- Provide Agri Know-How and product advisory to farmers
- Ensure timely Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting of sales activities and market insights
- Closely coordinate with supply chain for smooth product availability
- Maintain compliance with company policies and documentation requirements
Pay: ₹15,953.53 - ₹44,658.40 per month
