Role Description

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements and close positions on time.
- Maintain recruitment records and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting for non-IT roles.
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate engagement and collaboration with hiring teams.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with the textile manufacturing sector is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
