Job Profile:
- Welcome Clients on Reception
- Manage client visits, progress throughout treatment duration
- Work with the doctor and health experts for responding to client queries via email and phone
- Make outbound calls to clients in order to understand the issues that they may have faced
- Ensure that each client request has been responded within a certain time period
- Motivate and create positive environment amongst clients
- Come up with innovative ideas to encourage and reward clients to keep them focused on treatments
- Participate in brand promotion in the center and on social media channels
- Keep track of progress and present it on a weekly basis to the management

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
